MARKET WATCH!  In the month of December 2014 the Median Sale Price for single-family, detached homes was $177,000 and the Average Sale Price was $211,523.  The Absorption Rate was 5.46 months and the Average Days on the Market was 71.  (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors)

MARKET WATCH!  In January 2014 the single-family detached sales prices increased 9.48% from the previous year’s average and 6.27% from the previous year’s median.  Home sales also rose 12.29% from the previous year.  The Median Sale Price was $167,900 and The Average Sale Price was $203,687.  And the Average Days on the Market was still low at 76.  (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors)

MARKET WATCH!  In September 2013 single-family detached home sales increased 17.80% from the previous year.  The Median Sale Price was $177,500 and The Average Sale Price was $212,307.  Finally, the Average Days on the Market was only 63.  (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors)
