In December 2017 for single-family detached, homes New Listings decreased 7.3% from last year, the Median Sale Price rose 2.1% to $193,900 and the Average Sales Price increased 3.9% to $230,180. The Absorption Rate (number of months it would take to sell the current housing inventory) decreased 22.2% to give us a Seller’s market of 2.8 months (6 months is equilibrium). The Average Days on the Market was 54. (GAAR)
