MARKET WATCH! In January 2014 the single-family detached sales prices increased 9.48% from the previous year’s average and 6.27% from the previous year’s median. Home sales also rose 12.29% from the previous year. The Median Sale Price was $167,900 and The Average Sale Price was $203,687. And the Average Days on the Market was still low at 76.
