Market Watch!: For August 2012 single-family detached homes Pending sales exceeded 1,000 units for the third consecutive month. The number of sales rose 13.16% from the same month last year and was the 2nd highest sales month with 731 sales. The Median Sale Price was $165,000 and the Average Sales Price $201,833. The Average Days on the Market was just 66. (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors)
