MARKET WATCH! For July 2012 single-family detached home pending sales rose 29.69% from the previous year, making it the highest Pending month of the year. The number of sales rose 15.04% from the same month last year and was the highest sales month since 2009. The Median Sale Price was up to $175,000 and the Average Sales Price $210,685.
