MARKET WATCH! For June 2012 single-family detached home pending sales rose 12.61% from the previous year and was the third month in 2012 where sales exceeded 1000 units. The Median Sale Price was $172,700 and the Average Sales Price $207,679, both up from the same month last year. And thankfully, the Average Days on the Market came down significantly to 76.
