1124 Monroe SE Albuquerque Real EstateMARKET WATCH!  Last month single-family detached home sales increased 7.11% from the previous year, and was the highest February sales month since 2007.  The Median Sale Price was $168,500, up 4.33% from last year and up 6.65% from the previous month.  The Average Sale Price broke $200K at $203,514 and the Average Days on the Market was 76.  (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors)
